Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love your Luminary candle. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns on unused, unburned candles within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@luminarycandle.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different scent? We're happy to exchange an unused candle for a different scent within 30 days. Start the same way — email us with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Non-Returnable Items

Candles that have been burned, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.
